Customer Service Specialist (Banking & FS)

Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support customer enquiries and card operations in a banking environment.


This role is ideal for candidates with prior customer service exposure, especially hotline or call centre experience. Candidates with card operations experience will be prioritised and may be offered longer contract terms.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries, including banking card‑related calls, and provide clear and professional service.
  • Support daily card operations tasks and administrative processing according to established guidelines.
  • Conduct UAT testing and assist in validating system changes and operational procedures.
  • Work according to operational requirements, including shift duties, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Maintain accurate records, follow compliance guidelines, and ensure a smooth customer journey.

Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience required; hotline experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in card operations or banking operations is highly preferred.
  • Good communication skills, detail‑oriented, and able to follow structured procedures.
  • Willing to perform shift duties and support various operational tasks.
  • Immediately available or short‑notice candidates preferred.
