Customer Service Officer - up to 25K, corporate banking

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide good service to customer and relationship manager for enquiries, requests, complaints
  • Provide excellent service standards to clients, manage and resolve clients' client's enquiries
  • Support service centre daily operations workflow
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities and duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Over 1 year experience in client servicing/ call centre/ account management in banking/ insurance company/ financial institution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and driven by personal motivation
  • Fresh graduate/ immediately available candidate would be an advantage
