Customer Service Officer - up to 21K, banking

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond and resolve the disputes in a timely and fair manner
  • Work with other stakeholders to resolve complaint cases
  • Ensure all telephone calls/emails and correspondence received are answered or responded to in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in handling customer request, especially in the banking industry
  • Writing skill in Chinese and English
  • Verbal Communication to customer in Chinese and English
