Customer Service Officer - International Bank

Job description


  • Take care of client enquiries and requests relating to their bank accounts
  • Assist with internal enquires and requests from the various business functions in the Bank
  • Connect with partners and stakeholders in identifying root causes of system outages
  • Support the implementation of business change activities and technology initiatives


  • Prior relevant banking experience preferred
  • Experience in customer service experience
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
