Customer Service Executive (Order Fulfillment | 25 - 29k)

Job description

My client is US leading manufacturer. Looking to enhance their order processing function, they are now in search of a Customer Service Executive.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately process customer orders received with appropriate documentation
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines
  • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
  • Address and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or damages in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions
  • Generate regular reports on order fulfillment metrics and customer service performance

To qualify, one must possess

  • Diploma holder with at least 5 years of order fulfillment experience
  • Experience handing B2B client order
  • Experience supporting clients in China would be an advantage
  • Team player mentality with good communication skills
  • Proficient command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
