Customer Service Executive

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with service and product training.
  • Perform other customer service duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree.
  • 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Fast and accurate Chinese typing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and various IT systems.
  • Proactive and team-oriented.
