Customer Service Associate, Insurance

Job description

Our client is a global insurance company with a strong presence within the APAC region. With their continuous expansion within their Hong Kong business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre customer service professional to join their team.

You will be a key member of the team to handle complaints and customer enquiries in a professional manner, including making outbound calls to different customers for follow-up, mainly on employee benefits and personal life products. You will be documenting calls into the company's system. You will also be handling ad-hoc assignments/projects and other duties as required.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience within the insurance industry
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
  • Preferably with IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3, and 5
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
