Credit Product Manager, up to 66K, banking

Job Responsibilities:

Work with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line of defense team across the region and local countries to ensure a robust control infrastructure for responsible products

Act as point of contact between the business and stakeholders, and ensure the business is up to date with all regulatory changes

Initiate and execute short-, medium- and long-term projects to achieve the business objectives of the division. Projects may be related to revenue growth, expense reduction, control processes, or general process improvement

Assist in establishment of new business lines or enhanced product offerings including processes, booking models, and systems/infrastructure.

Job Qualification:

5+ years of banking or relevant experience (esp. Credit Products)

Previous experience in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd line control function is preferred

Previous experience in managing complex projects and processes

Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments

Experience in developing and maintaining effective work relationships
