Credit Administration Manager

Job description

Our client, a leading banking group, is looknig for a Credit Administration/Documentation Manager to join their team.


  • Manage the credit documentation process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation
  • Work closely with lenders and borrowers to gather all necessary information for credit applications and loan renewals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and other financial institutions
  • Manage a team of credit documentation specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Analyze credit documentation processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor and report on credit documentation performance metrics


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in credit documentation or related field
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures related to credit documentation
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
