Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle credit administration, including processing new applications, renewals, and overseeing post-approval activities

  • Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate and timely information retrieval

  • Prepare routine and standardized reports

  • Support the creation of ad-hoc reports by gathering data and performing basic analysis as directed

  • Establish and manage an organized filing system

  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an added advantage

  • Competence in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access

  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility and customer service orientation to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
