Corporate Access, 30K, short contract

Job description

Our client is a well-established global financial group. They are looking for a Corporate Access Analyst to join their team for a 2 months project.

Your responsibilities

  • Being a part of Corporate Access team, you will support event demands, logistic arrangement for various corporate access activities and event coordination
  • Closely work with front office team and vendors for event management

Oversee management and logistics of conferences, group visit, event and meeting schedules

  • Liaise with event and roadshow vendors on conference planning and logistics
  • Arrang travel and accommodation, including flights, ground transportation, hotel bookings, visa application and RSVP
  • Event and on-site assistance
  • Preparation of presentation material
  • Data analysis and management

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year working experience in Corporate Access or sizable conference expeirence
  • Familiar with MS office and a team player
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Immediately available is a must
