Copywriter -up to 30K

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing activities and manage reporting, including database and email marketing.
• Create content for marketing communications, such as eDMs, app notifications, website content, and videos, with agency support.
• Support marketing automation implementation and execution.
• Analyze campaign performance using data to find insights and opportunities to attract new customers and upsell to existing ones.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Conduct competitor and campaign analysis for marketing intelligence.
• Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns.
• Perform other duties as needed by management.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Data-driven mindset with basic digital marketing knowledge
• Banking product knowledge is a plus, but not required
