Our client is a prominent figure in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, recognized for its diverse collection of well-known brands and dedication to sustainable practices and social responsibility. They are now seeking a Consumer Insight Manager to help organizations achieve their goals by providing strategic insights and developing effective plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and consumer behavior
- Create and oversee the implementation of a business and brand dashboard to monitor and assess progress and performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze and merge data from diverse sources and provide professional recommendations for brand & products improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, product development, and sales teams, to ensure that all strategies are aligned and effective
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor's Degree holder with 7+ years of working experience in market research, consumer insights, or strategic planning within the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
