Consultant - Finance & Accounting

Ambition Hong Kong is looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join the Finance & Accounting team. With an established database and strong reputation in the market, we are looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to further grow one of our developed desks, covering a variety of industries in the commercial market. We are looking for someone to develop long term relationships with both candidates and clients in the industry. You will work in a team of passionate, driven and friendly people who are top performers in the business.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• A demonstrable track record of achievement in recruitment and sales
• A minimum of 1 year recruitment experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English & Chinese
• A positive attitude and strong drive to succeed
• Highly self-motivated and a desire for quick results
• Proven ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo

We will consider applications for recruiters at either a Consultant or Senior Consultant level based on experience. Candidates without recruitment experience who are interested in a switch into recruitment may be considered for an Associate Consultant role.
