Compliance Analyst/Associate/Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support on compliance matters, including regulatory change management, submissions, inspections, case reviews, and monitoring of personal account dealings.

  • Develop, revise, and enforce compliance policies and procedures in line with current regulations and industry standards.

  • Evaluate existing compliance processes and introduce improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Contribute to strategic compliance initiatives and monitor project implementation progress.

  • Undertake additional compliance-related or ad hoc assignments as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Prior experience in compliance, banking, or with a Big 4 accounting firm is advantageous.

  • Strong project management abilities, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Advanced Excel skills; VBA knowledge preferred for process automation and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with Power Automate and AI prompting is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, independent, and equipped with strong communication skills.

  • Collaborative team player, self-driven, and highly accountable.
