Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and implementation of competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks.
- Assist in annual salary reviews, market analysis, budgeting, and internal equity assessments.
- Partner with HR and line managers to ensure compensation decisions support talent attraction and retention.
2. Benefits Administration
- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality service and compliance.
- Monitor benefit utilization and recommend enhancements aligned with employee needs and brand values.
3. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.
4. HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain HRIS systems with up-to-date compensation and benefits data.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
5. Employee Communication & Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Develop clear communication materials to promote understanding of total rewards offerings.
6. Project Support & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in global or regional HR projects related to compensation and benefits.
- Continuously review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and local labor laws.
