Compensation and Benefit Officer
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Strategy & Execution
Support the development and implementation of competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks.
Assist in annual salary reviews, market analysis, budgeting, and internal equity assessments.
Partner with HR and line managers to ensure compensation decisions support talent attraction and retention.
2. Benefits Administration
Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality service and compliance.
Monitor benefit utilization and recommend enhancements aligned with employee needs and brand values.
3. Compliance & Governance
Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.
4. HR Systems & Data Management
Maintain HRIS systems with up-to-date compensation and benefits data.
Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
5. Employee Communication & Support
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Develop clear communication materials to promote understanding of total rewards offerings.
6. Project Support & Continuous Improvement
Participate in global or regional HR projects related to compensation and benefits.
Continuously review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and local labor laws.
