Compensation and Benefit Officer

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compensation Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and implementation of competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks.

  • Assist in annual salary reviews, market analysis, budgeting, and internal equity assessments.

  • Partner with HR and line managers to ensure compensation decisions support talent attraction and retention.

2. Benefits Administration

  • Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.

  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality service and compliance.

  • Monitor benefit utilization and recommend enhancements aligned with employee needs and brand values.

3. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.

4. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain HRIS systems with up-to-date compensation and benefits data.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.

5. Employee Communication & Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

  • Develop clear communication materials to promote understanding of total rewards offerings.

6. Project Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in global or regional HR projects related to compensation and benefits.

  • Continuously review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and local labor laws.

  • Immediately Available is a must
