Company Secretary Manager - HK listed company

Job description

A Hong Kong mainboard listed company with stable business worldwide.

Requirements:

  • To perform full range of secretarial services to the group
  • To prepare statutory returns and corporate documents of various groups to meet the statutory duties
  • Assist in preparation of annual / interim reports, ESG reports, announcements and circulars, organizing board meetings and shareholders' meetings, and prepare minutes
  • Ensure effective communication between the Board, senior management, and shareholders
  • Develop and implement long term corporate policies and procedures
  • Support in identifying areas of risk and develop appropriate strategies

Requirements:

  • Degree-holder and associate member of HKCGI / CGI
  • Minimum 5 years of company secretary experience in Hong Kong listed companies
  • In-depth knowledge of current Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other statutory regulations
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and organise multiple tasks concurrently
