Company Secretarial Assistant (HK listed co, HKD20k)

About the client:

Our client is a Hong Kong leading listed conglomerate, they are currently looking for a company secretarial assistant to their company secretary team.


  • Report to Company Secretarial Manager
  • Prepare company secretarial documentation and arrange for statutory filings for Hong Kong and overseas' companies
  • Monitor, update and maintain database and corporate records (including minute book, registers, agreements, etc) in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Assist in preparing circular, announcement, interim and annual reports
  • Assist in arrangement and on-site support for board and committee meetings, and annual general meetings.
  • Draft, review and translate corporate documentation for signing and approval
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of company secretarial experience is highly preferred
  • Attentive to details, with good time management to complete tasks within timeline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
