Job Duties

  • Drive external visibility by promoting transactions, strategic initiatives, and thought leadership
  • Respond to media inquiries, facilitate market commentary, and ensure timely dissemination of relevant updates.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key journalists and financial media outlets to position the bank as a trusted voice in the industry.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry sentiment to anticipate potential risks.
  • Manage communications for divisional heads and senior executives, including media interviews, internal announcements, and social media presence.
  • Develop executive profiles and talking points to enhance leadership visibility both internally and externally.
  • Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for employees across divisions.
  • Draft and publish relevant content across corporate social media channels.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Ensure alignment of digital messaging with broader corporate communications objectives.

Requirements

  • Immediately Available is preferred
  • Prior media relations experience
  • Prior experience in Financial Services is preferred
