Communications & Events Officer (Kowloon, 18-20K)

Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing and developing various kinds of engagement programs
* Conduct guided tour at visiting facilities of the company
* Liaise with internal colleagues and external suppliers
* Assist in the daily administrative work
* Handle enquiry hotline, applications and update records in system accordingly
* Support other projects and ad-hoc events if required

Requirements:
* A recognized degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
* A minimum of 2-year experiences in handling events and projects; experiences in guided tour is a plus
* Detailed-oriented, organised, and flexible
* Excellent spoken and written abilities in both English and Chinese
* Proficient in MS office applications (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, PowerPoint and OneDrive)
