Job Description

  • Manage procurement strategies and forms relating to contract selection, writing and undertaking procurement reports
  • Involve in commercial negotiations on procurement contracts and tenders
  • Prepare contract documents, tender preparation, bid and proposals for senior management
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal or external stakeholders, including project team members, government authorities, QS consultants, contractors, vendors,and senior board members etc.
  • Review and improve tendering and procurement procedures
  • Liaise with departments and auditors in regards to risk, audit, compliance, financial matters and etc


Requirement

  • Degree holder and a member of relevant surveyors related qualification
  • Minimum 8 years experience in a relevant position
  • E&M / Construction projects experience
  • Solid experience in tender/bids/proposals preparation and contract negotiation
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese
