Client Servicing - Asset Management

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support client relationship management by responding to queries, assisting with reviews, and coordinating onboarding and account changes.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate client reports and meeting materials in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Help organize client visits, training sessions, and events.
  • Maintain client data in Salesforce and assist with administrative tasks for RFPs, RFIs, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, escalate issues, and contribute to retention efforts.
  • Follow operational, compliance, and risk procedures; report issues promptly.
  • Assist with AML/KYC requirements and collaborate with internal teams across functions.
Requirements
  • Prior experience within wholesale/intermediary client servicing experience required
  • Fluent English and Cantonese
  • Immediately Available preferred
