Client Experience Manager - Insurance Space (55K - 65K)

Job description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a comprehensive client loyalty program from scratch
  • Source and negotiate with loyalty reward suppliers, managing the onboarding process
  • Create and execute the digital reward distribution system for eligible members
  • Collaborate with the data team to segment clients for different reward levels
  • Develop targeted communications for various customer segments and channels
  • Lead internal training and change management initiatives related to the loyalty program
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the program's performance
  • Support the Client Experience team in designing and enhancing other customer journeys
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in loyalty programs and customer experience



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer loyalty, relationship marketing, or related areas
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful loyalty programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
