Our client is a listed electricity company in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a talented and driven individual to join its growing learning team.
- Provide general administration and logistics support to training and development activities, including filing, record keeping, report preparation etc.
- Handle customers' enquiries about training courses and enrollment process
- Assist in system data input and training record
- Assist any ad hoc assignments as required
- Post-secondary / HKDSE graduates or above with minimum five years administration experience
- Min 1 -2 year relevant working experience.
- Good computer knowledge including MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese & English Self-motivated, good communication skills, and multi-tasked ability
- Immediately available is preferred
