Change/Project Manager, Diversity & Inclusion

Key responsibilities

  • Support and manage the development and implementation of diversity & equality related prgrammes
  • Support the implementation of diversity & equality strategy across APAC
  • Ensure communication of external partnership resources, commitments and the Asia calendar of events
  • Partner with internal legal, risk and compliance groups to ensure that Asia is meeting and exceeding all employment legislation, and use metrics and relevant data analytics to drive new programs

Hiring requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project managment/ digital transformation within MNC setting
  • Passionate about driving diversity & inclusion related initiatives and programmes
  • Capable of data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
