Business Services Clerk | International law firm

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle document filing, land/company searches, and visa-related tasks
  • Manage mail collection, sorting, and distribution
  • Provide courier and fax services
  • Support mailroom and printroom functions
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Assist with conference room setups and internal office moves
  • Help with document scanning, indexing, and destruction
  • Answer incoming calls and support general maintenance tasks
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office is preferred
  • Good communication and a collaborative team spirit
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Willing to work shifts and adapt to changing priorities
  • Prior experience in office support is a plus
