Business Risk Manager (list co), 60k

Responsibilities:

• Assist various departments to establish and improve risk policies, such as financial risk, operational risk, procurement risk, market risk and strategic risk, etc.
• Coordinating the establishment of a company-level risk assessment form and credit risk management database, regularly updating and checking countermeasures.
• Establish a risk-aware culture, including arranging appropriate training.
• Credit risk management, including formulating credit policies and systems, processing credit evaluation applications, developing and implementing credit evaluation tools, developing credit approval mechanisms, and regular re-evaluation of existing customers.
• Accounts receivable and problematic customer management, including assisting front-line departments in managing accounts receivable, following up with problematic customers, and developing watch list customer policies;
• Handling of operating container insurance.
• Formulate and regularly update the relevant regulations, policies, guidelines, and work of the department; and ensure the effective implementation of the department staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance or risk management
• CPA / CFA qualification is preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business risk function
• Leasing / logistics background is highly preferred
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fast paced, proactive and self-initiative
