Business Development Specialist - Professional Services

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the firm's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our market presence. The position will start as a 1 year contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Client Outreach: Develop and implement strategies for client outreach and engagement.
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals to prospective clients.
• Relationship Management build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and other team members to align business development efforts with the firm's strategic goals.
• Reporting: Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, preferably within the legal industry or other professional services
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English is a must
