Business Development Manager

Our client is a world leading luxury retail group. They have diverse brand portfolio of jewelry, watches and fashion items. They are hiring a Business Development Manager for their watch masion.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement 3 to 5 year plan for their watch segment in coordination with the Maisons
• Develop strategic partners' strategy and strengthen relationship with Landlord and department stores
• Lead strategic distribution project by identifying the top perform cities and malls
• Conduct market analysis and provide recommendation to management
• Montor point of sales opening or closing
• Represents watch division with Real Estate, Finance, and various support functions
• Draft action plan and solution based on analytical review
• Coordinate with HQ in supporting roll out of "new retail" concept
• Support the watch division governance

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or Finance
• Minium 6 year of relevant experience, preferably worked in watch or luxury retail industry
• Proficient in excel, with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skill and strong stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized and able to work in a large matrix environment
