Job description

Our client, a prestigious global insurance company with a strong presence in the APAC region, is expanding its Hong Kong business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-caliber business development professional to join their dynamic sales channel team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with partners to boost sales volume and maximize high-net-worth (HNW) business opportunities.
  • Support the Head of Sales in executing business plans and initiatives to meet sales KPIs
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned partners to drive new initiatives.
  • Identify and address the needs and demands of individual partners to enhance sales.
  • Provide comprehensive support to partners and internal stakeholders to seize business opportunities.
  • Assist agents as needed to motivate and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • University or College graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of insurance products.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese/Mandarin.
