Business Data Analyst, Insurance, 45k

Our client is a leading life insurance company. In this role, you will drive lead management through digital platform development and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Build and maintain agency digital platforms, collaborate with end users to meet system needs.
• Develop test plans, requirements, and reports; support UAT.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions.
• Support digital solution rollouts across agency.
• Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with key agency stakeholders to launch innovative initiatives.
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline recurring performance and business reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
• Produce management reports and actionable analytics.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in insurance; project execution experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing (e.g., Azure Databricks); knowledge of data governance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and creative UX design.
• Solid understanding of IT and digital app development.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
