Business Analyst (Luxury Retail)

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to support regional CRM initiatives and retail transformation programs. In this role, you will partner closely with teams across local markets and global functions to lead end‑to‑end project delivery-from requirement definition and planning through UAT and final rollout.

You will serve as a key link between business stakeholders and IT, aligning expectations, facilitating discussions, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full project lifecycle for CRM and retail digital solutions
  • Lead requirements gathering, develop user stories, and run workshops
  • Manage UAT strategy, test case preparation, and timeline coordination
  • Work collaboratively with cross‑regional, cross‑functional teams
  • Prepare PM documentation and senior‑level presentation materials

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of BA/PM experience, ideally within consulting or vendor environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Key BA expertise: User story, UAT, Test case, hosting workshop
  • Experience with CRM, retail, or customer‑facing digital platforms
  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks effectively, and maintain project momentum
