Job description

Our client is a leading insurance. Currently, they are looking for a Business Analyst with strong business sense and solid analytical skills. The ideal candidate is independent, quick to learn, and can turn data and insights into practical business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and support the development new agency journey, driving cross‑functional alignment with IT and internal teams for effective decisions
  • Diagnose agency‑channel challenges, identify development opportunities, and design initiatives to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a robust end‑to‑end process to maximize business outcomes through effective delivery and implementation of initiatives and promotions.
  • Prepare management presentations with clear insights, recommendations, and progress updates.
  • Perform reporting and business analysis, including performance tracking, insights generation, and improvement proposals.
  • Engage key stakeholders regularly to promote and drive adoption of business initiatives.
  • Handle ad‑hoc tasks and assignments as required
  • Analyse business data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and data handling
  • Experience with Power BI dashboard development, requirement gathering, and UAT is an advantage, with Jira familiarity considered a plus
  • Able to prepare clear presentations and business cases
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
  • Cantonese and English proficiency is essential
