Business Analyst, Insurance, 40k

Our client is a leading life insurance company. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the development and adoption of agency digital platforms, ensuring seamless implementation and user engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and agency stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing agency digital platforms.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support system development.
• Collaborate with end users to ensure solutions align with business needs and deliver optimal functionality.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including test plans, requirement matrices, test cases, daily status reports, and UAT completion certificates.
• Drive adoption of agency digital platforms by preparing and evaluating content and incentive programs.
• Develop training materials and deliver user training sessions for system rollouts.
• Facilitate effective communication across internal departments and stakeholders.
• Actively participate in internal meetings and discussions with key stakeholders.
• Partner with agency leaders to propose and implement innovative analytics and digital initiatives.
• Work closely with external vendors to promote digital and technology adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with project execution and implementation processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and digital application development.
• Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese.
