Job duties

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions in identifying business objectives
  • Working closely various workstreams in any progress and the quality of system development ensure requirements are met
  • Working with stakeholders across divisions on ad-hoc changes
  • Support arrangement of meetings, training and other communications alongside presentation material development
  • Develop user requirements, functional specification, UAT plan and execute user acceptance test (primarily be the 1st level of tester), conduct post-implementation check and provide project coordination


  • 4+ years work experience as Business Analyst/ Project Manager
  • Experience working in insurance industry is beneficial
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Willing to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
  • Attention to details and working under critical time constraint are crucial
