Business Analyst - CRM Operations

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • You will be owner of functional & technical documentations in repository
  • You will liaise with business users on incident/problem ticket clarifications
  • You will handle requirement collections with detail use case/user story for BAU defects
  • You will support other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience Agile models is preferred
  • A good team player who is proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.
  • Able to work independently
