Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Designed, implemented and Managed the New Contract Management system for IT procurement
  • Designed and implemented a New Co-sourcing (Contractor Resources) Management system across IT Department
  • Consolidated and Re-engineered workflows across Procurement, Payment and Contract Management
  • Executed structural re-organization within Procurement and Payment teams using Lean and process management tools
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience preferably in banking industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive and helpful attitude
  • Detailed minded, well organized and can work under pressure to meet tight deadline
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
