Business Analyst

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze requirements from business users and stakeholders, translating them into detailed documentation and technical specifications that clearly outline business rules, needs, constraints, and potential risks.
  • Support the development, rollout, and upkeep of standardized requirements documents, user guides, and system manuals.
  • Work with process owners to help drive decision‑making and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with BPM teams to ensure business process setup or reengineering tasks are properly executed.
  • Conduct IAT and UAT activities, manage system configurations, and deliver user training as needed.
  • Oversee and support regional activities, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations across locations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors and their functional consultants.
  • Provide technical support to functional modules during system implementation and go‑live stages.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer for post-go‑live support and ongoing configuration.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions for stakeholders and users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong experience in business analysis or business process analysis, including hands‑on exposure to process modeling and understanding of end‑to‑end business processes.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience; background in the commerce industry is an added advantage.
  • Experience with project management and IT system implementation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead meetings effectively.
