Building and Technical Operations Manager APAC

Our client is seeking a highly experienced professional to support the execution of the technical facilities management and internal environment management workstreams. This management position will report directly to the Head of Corporates Real Estate & Services Operations APAC.
Facilities Management

  • Operational

Support the leadership and management of the CRES portfolio across a number of operational workstreams and inline with the APAC operations concept.

  • Project

Support the leadership and management of the CRES portfolio across a number of project workstreams as related to design/build and commissioning highlighted in operational responsibilities.

  • SME Responsibilities
    • Establish and implement training plans for CRES APAC employees, fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Collaborate with global and regional experts to define initiatives and issue resolution for APAC.
    • Drive global initiatives /change deployments related to safety security, smart building and MEP in APAC.


  • Degree in Engineering / Building Services or other related disciplines;
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with engineering services operation and infra projects context
  • Experience with ISO14001 standards and ISO 14001 lead auditor certification desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good Command in English and Chinese;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently; and
  • Willing to travel within APAC for infra project, external ISO audit and workshops
