Bartender (VIP Lounge)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join the VIP Lounge. As a VIP Lounge Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our high-value customers in a luxurious and exclusive lounge environment.
Responsibilities:

1. 
   Beverage Preparation and Service:
   • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to VIP lounge customers.
   • Create innovative and customized cocktails based on customer preferences and requests.
   • Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
   • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the lounge's beverage offerings, including wines, spirits, and specialty drinks.
   • Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and offer expert advice on pairing beverages with food items.
2. 
   Customer Engagement and Service:
   • Deliver personalized and attentive service to VIP lounge customers, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
   • Engage in friendly and professional conversations with customers, building rapport and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
   • Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer recommendations and suggestions.
   • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
   • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the lounge's amenities, services, and promotions.
3. 
   Bar Operations and Maintenance:
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and supplies.
   • Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed, ensuring uninterrupted service.
   • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of beverages and ingredients.
   • Collaborate with the bar management team to develop new drink recipes, menu items, and promotional offerings.
   • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques related to mixology and bartending.
4. 
   Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the lounge staff, including servers, hosts, and management, to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
   • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior bartenders, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender
• Strong understanding of various spirits, wines, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with VIP clientele.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beverage service.
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification or training in Wine is preferred.
