Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Relationship Managers in loan drawdown and deposits
Help to maintain customer records & files
Work with other teams on opening new accounts and other KYC duties
Address clients' enquiries by phone/emails

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Business, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
With high level of attention to details
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
