Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define product roadmap and requirements for mobile/web wealth management applications.
  • Conduct user and market analysis; prepare PRDs, workflows, and prototypes.
  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate with UX/UI, business, compliance, and development teams for smooth execution.
  • Support technical solution design, collaborate with developers, and contribute to system optimisation.
  • Oversee UAT/QA and drive continuous improvement using user feedback and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in tech delivery within securities, trading, or wealth management.
  • Strong requirements documentation and prototyping skills (Visio, Axure, Mockplus).
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one development stack (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Objective‑C, JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin; proactive and detail‑oriented.
  • Bonus: mobile app development experience, Vue.js/React, Flutter/KMP, Web3, CI/CD, or performance optimization.
