Job description

Our client is a leading banking group with diversified businesses in Retail, Corporate, and Private Banking. With their continuous growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-caliber analytics candidate to join their retail banking business, with a focus on complaint handling analytics.

Reporting to the Head of Complaint Handling, you will be a key number of the complaint team to support on the data handling of different complaint cases. You will be focusing on driving customer analytics, portfolio management, and preparing MIS reports for senior management. You will also work with various internal stakeholders to ensure improvement in handling different cases through different analytics tactics.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail banking businesses
  • Solid experience in MIS and customer analytics
  • Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Chinese
