Associate Director, Corporate Compliance - Insurance

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain the efficiency of the existing regulatory compliance framework, including regular tracking and reporting of regulatory developments
  • Implement risk-based compliance monitoring programs to identify control deficiencies and to test adherence to the Compliance Polices
  • Ensure effective implementation of compliance policies (including but not limited to FATCA and CRS) and related procedures to address key compliance risks identified
  • Liaise with local business units to suggest solutions to manage regulatory risks to support quality business growth
  • Report compliance incidents and significant issues in accordance with internal reporting procedures
  • Ensure precise compliance risk reporting, contributing to compliance communication and awareness efforts
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the monthly and quarterly reporting of compliance-related matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years working experience in Financial Services industry focused on compliance, risk management, legal or other relevant fields
  • Professional qualification in life insurance, Compliance, Internal Audit or related disciplines is preferred
  • Life Insurance experience is a Must
  • Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Independent and be able to work under pressure
