Assistant Service Procurement Manager (Consumer; 38k)

My client is a top tier consumer product manufacturer / MNC. Looking to enhance their procurement team, they are now in search of an Assistant Service Procurement Manager. (Not direct / raw material procurement)

Reporting to the Procurement Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the full end to end procurement process from sourcing, negotiation to contracting
• Collaborate with both internal stake holders (marketing, finance and accounting and HR) to understand their business needs / objectives and formulate relative procurement strategies
• Handle tendering, quotation, price and contract negotiation with external vendors, agencies and suppliers
• Conduct regular review on both existing suppliers and procurement SOP for business optimization improvement
• Collaborate with both local office and Greater China counter part on procurement strategies and improvement projects

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 4 years of services procurement experience
• Experience managing and communicating with vendors / agencies for corporate functions such as marketing, finance, human resources
• Experience on end to end procurement management
• Detail minded, Independent, proactive and a problem solving mentality
• Strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
