Assistant Sales Manager| Regional Exposure

Our client is a MNC company that rapidly expanding in regional branch. They specialized in diversify products (including safety & outdoor products).They are now seeking an Assistant Sales Manager, responsible to facilitate the company's ambitious growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve the sales KPI by delivering on the sales, market share, and profit objectives for assigned customer (China & APAC countries)
• Coordinate preparations, and participate in international fairs
• Collaborate with various internal departments to create new products for Asia and oversee the order process
• Grow and maintain effective business relationships with key customers & new customers
• Develop market strategies and goals in specific market, and the action plans to achieve the target
• Conduct market research & generate reports, analyze competitors' performance, and offer suggestion

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree holder & 4+ years working experience in the consumer brand industry experience preferred
• Experienced in handling China or APAC market
• Proficiency command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Self-motivated, strong communication, interperonal skills
• Good team player with can-do spirit
• Candidates with less experience will consider as - Senior Sales Executive
