Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead compensation and benefits operations, ensuring legal and policy compliance
- Manage annual HR projects including manpower planning, budgeting, and salary reviews
- Conduct market benchmarking to support talent attraction and retention
- Advise managers on HR and employee relations matters
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Handle payroll, MPF, and employee benefits
- Collaborate with external consultants on regional C&B matters
- Support ad hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6-8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Background in FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience in compensation, benefits, and budgeting
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
