Assistant Reward Manager | Fast paced | 40-45K per month

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead compensation and benefits operations, ensuring legal and policy compliance
  • Manage annual HR projects including manpower planning, budgeting, and salary reviews
  • Conduct market benchmarking to support talent attraction and retention
  • Advise managers on HR and employee relations matters
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Handle payroll, MPF, and employee benefits
  • Collaborate with external consultants on regional C&B matters
  • Support ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6-8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Background in FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance
  • Experience in compensation, benefits, and budgeting
  • Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
