Assistant Production Manager (Chinese Medicine | 25 - 33k)

My client is local well known Chinese medicine company. Looking to enhance their production function, they are now in search of an Assistant Production Manager.

Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Support Production Manager on production operation planning and scheduling to meet on time delivery target
• Monitor and solve arising problems to ensure the entire manufacturing, packaging and storing process
• Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure production record, implement production plan and material purchasing
• Compile regular reports on productivity and delivery rate
• Coordinate with quality assurance and quality control team to ensure production quality
• Support Production Manager on regular staff training and relative training materials

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder in Chinese medicine or other relative science major with at least 3 years of production management experience
• GMP certified in Hong Kong
• Experience supervising a 10+ staffs production unit
• Detail minded with good communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese
