Assistant Procurement Manager (FMCG | 38 - 45k)

My client is a market leading FMCG company. Looking to enhance their procurement function, they are now in search of an Assistant Procurement Manager.

Reporting to the Procurement Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage indirect procurement activities for Hong Kong including but not limited to marketing, IT technology and corporate services
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives with sourcing strategies
• Take ownership in procurement budget and cost efficiency while fulfilling stakeholders' needs
• Ensure purchasing and procurement compliances through collaboration with internal audit and maintaining an updated system
• Lead different process improvement project that tackles cost, sustainability, data transparency etc

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of procurement experience
• Experience with indirect procurement covering functions such as marketing or IT or corporate services
• Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills
• Proactive, problem solver and good business sense
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
